Here’s my meal plan for the week. Even if you aren’t going to one of the culinary schools in ohio, it is still possible to make great, healthy meals.
Monday – Hamburgers and sweet potato fries
Tuesday- Crab cakes and salad
Wednesday – Tacos with whole-wheat Shells
Thursday- Cheesy Chicken and veggies
Friday – We usually go out
Let me first give a quick tip here – use good whey protein. There really is a difference in cheap and good whey protein.
Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie:
1 scoop of Chocolate whey protein. I use Bluebonnet Whey Protein Isolate powder
1 tbsp of peanut butter
6 oz of milk
1 1/2 cups of ice
Blend all together.
