So this week I decided to vlog about how it’s going for me. I didn’t lose any weight this past week but I didn’t gain any either! Since my kids were both sick it was pretty stressful around here. My daughter literally wouldn’t nap or sleep at night for most of the week therefore I just didn’t have the energy to go workout.
Here’s my Friday night dinner. My husband took my son out for some special one-on-one time since he was feeling better and my daughter was still fighting her cold pretty hard. Only 260 calories and really good. It’s my favorite meal so far.
My goals are going to stay the same because I don’t feel I conquered them the way I should.
- Drink atleast 1 of the 2 required bottles of water a day.
- Very little to no soda
- loose 1lb
- try to have healthy snacks
