So yesterday I did my Chalene Extreme Ab Burner and Burn Interval. The DVD’s took about an hour to do altogether. I get up before the rooster so it fits into my schedule. I have to say even though the Ab Burner portion was only 10 minutes I am really sore this morning. But it’s a good sore. You know the kind that you say ouch but ahhh. You know you’ve done something to improve yourself so it’s all good. Last night I felt on top of the moon. I seriously felt like I could go run 10 miles with no problem. I’ve been working really hard and even though I’ve only lost 3 lbs so far I feel so much stronger. I feel like I look better which makes me walk alittle taller.
This morning I didn’t quite have the same I can run a marathon feeling. Infact I actually needed my alarm clock to wake-up. I have really been sleeping soundly here the past couple of weeks. I hit about 10 pm at night and I’m just done. It’s been really nice and I contribute it to my working out so early in the morning. I’m a pretty terrible sleeper normally so this has been great! My neighbor and I did our normal 45 min walk/run plan and then I came home and did my push circuit of Chalene. I snagged an amazing deal on some adjustable weights and can’t believe the difference. I went up about 5lbs in just about all my exercises. Amazing right?! I got some just like the Reebok 25 lbs each Adjustable Weights at Target. I got 2 for the price of 1! Sweet right? I think they’re going to be a great investment. Love them.
So I’m feeling good about where I am even if the scale isn’t going down the way I would love it to be. I’m sure it will soon. How are you doing with your workouts?
