
Here’s a yummy lunch I just tried. I’m all about cucumbers and tomatoes lately and had left over chicken so the chicken hummus wrap was born.
Ingredients:
- 1 flour tortilla (small)
- 3 oz of chicken or turkey
- 3tbsp of hummus (I used original)
- sliced cucumbers
- sliced tomato
Spread the hummus on the tortilla. Top with sliced cucumbers, tomatoes and chicken. Roll and enjoy! This recipe is under 350 calories.
