Chicken and Hummus Wrap

Here’s a yummy lunch I just tried. I’m all about cucumbers and tomatoes lately and had left over chicken so the chicken hummus wrap was born.

Ingredients:

  • 1 flour tortilla (small)
  • 3 oz of chicken or turkey
  • 3tbsp of hummus (I used original)
  • sliced cucumbers
  • sliced tomato

Spread the hummus on the tortilla. Top with sliced cucumbers, tomatoes and chicken. Roll and enjoy!  This recipe is under 350 calories.
