Tomato, Mango, Chicken Salad
- 1 can of chicken
- 1/3 cup of mango
- 1/2 cup tomato
- 1/2 cup cooked couscous
- 1/2 cup string beans
- sliced red onion
- 2 tbsp low calorie dressing
Plate salad greens. Mix first 6 ingredients. Place on top of greens. Top with dressing. Under 400 calories!
