I’m so excited to be a Beachbody coach. I have really been thrilled with my work out programs that I’ve been doing this year and I know it’s because of the support and friendships I’ve developed through their website. If you read my workout posts at all you hear me talk about Chalene Extreme all of the time. Chalene is an amazing instructor and I don’t think she could put out a bad workout if she tried. I actually get up and look forward to working out now; whereas before I simply made myself get up and do my routines. Because I so believe in these programs I decided to become a Beachbody (BB) coach.
By being a coach I can also work one on one or in group settings, via facebook groups, with you to help you reach your fitness goals. I want you to find a workout that makes you happy to get out of bed to do. Living a healthy lifestyle is a journey and one done a little easier with the help of friends cheering you along.
Here are ways I can help you reach your goals:
- I am starting a Facebook Workout Accountability group (FREE). In this group it won’t matter what exercise you do, run, bike, a Beachbody program, whatever. The point of this group is to cheer eachother on or kick eachother’s butts. Whatever it takes to keep us moving towards reaching our fitness goals. They will be small closed Facebook groups where you can be honest about your goals and what you need help with. I’m apart of several and I can’t tell you how much I love reading everyone’s post and how high the energy stays. We all encourage eachother and brainstorm through any fitness problem someone is going through.
- Challenge Groups – Ready to take your workouts to the next level and get extreme as Chalene like’s to say? This group is for you. We’ll be picking different Beachbody fitness programs to rock it out to. Currently I’m doing the Brazil Butt Lift Challenge and it’s amazing just a week in. Girls are already noticing a change in their rears. Just in time for the summer and shorts! If you already have the workout program then it’s free for you or you can purchase the program. Challenges are a month-long and I can tell you my BBL group is enjoying it so much we plan on sticking together after the 30 days are up.
- What do I want from you in return? Positive attitudes and a lot of energy. I would also ask you to join Beachbody. It’s free and a great way to log your workouts. I log all my workouts, Beachbody or not, in just 2 clicks. It’s a great way to keep motivated and where you can win cash or prizes just for logging your workouts every day!
