
You guys know I love smoothies. I drink them all of the time and lately I’ve been doing Shakeology. It’s really healthy and has over 70 healthy ingredients, no additives and crap in it. Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup*
1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
1 cup almond milk
4 oz of water
2 tbsp PB2
Ice to taste – I use 1 1/2 cups of ice
Vanilla Almond Fudge*
1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
1 cup almond milk
1 Tbsp almond butter or peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Chocolate Bananas Foster*
1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
1 cup skim milk (or water, nut, or soy milk)
1/2 cup frozen bananas
5 big dashes cinnamon
1 splash rum extract
Black & Blue*
1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology

S’Mores
