You guys know how much I love Chalene Johnson’s workouts. I have been doing Chalene Johnson’s Chalene Extreme and just ordered Turbo Fire! Can’t wait to get started next week. Chalene also does Motivational Monday. This past Monday she does a great podcast on 3 rules to follow to start losing weight and break your plateau.
