Feta, Black Olive Turkey Burger!

This is one of my fave turkey burger recipes. It’s so super yummy and healthy! The burger is only 247 calories by itself.

Ingredients:

  • 1lb lean ground turkey
  • 1tsp dried oregano
  • 12 sliced black olives
  • 1 cup reduced fat feta cheese
  • 1 egg white
  • bun of choice (not counted in calories above) We use Thomas Honey Wheat Sandwich rounds which add 100 calories making it 347.

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and divide into 4 burgers. Grill either indoors or outside. Make sure you use non stick on your grill b/c these will stick bad! I like cooking them inside the best.

Before taking them off the grill pan I put cheese of choice on burgers.

As you can see this is a pretty healthy meal except for maybe the jalapeno poppers but they are so good and we have a ton of them ready in our garden right now so who can resist. You can find my recipe for them here.
