Here is one of my current challengers Rebekah who said, “I was able to loose 11 in (between waist, hip & thighs) and drop 15 lbs 🙂 it was so hard to start but I’m sticking with it! I have my struggles but I know if I can do this anyone can!!”
Where do we meet for this challenge? We meet at your house! We chose a Beachbody Workout Dvd so you can do it on your schedule and time frame. We check in and offer support in a Facebook private group.
What will we be doing for the next 30 days?
1. Daily workout check ins
2. Access to a meal planner and recipes
3. Discuss and learn how to eat cleaner than you ever have before.
4. Get motivation and support so that you can’t fail.
5. Form connections and friendships with others on your same journey.
