I have made a big decision for my family. We’re going to start eating cleaner. It’s not going to be easy and I have alot to learn to get us there. I am stoked that a Trader Joe’s has moved into the city next to me; so I think cleaning up our diet will be easier. I went today and realized when I got there that I had forgotten my shopping list. Ugg don’t you hate when you do that? So my daughter and I walked in to see what we could find for our meals without breaking the bank. Total spent $44. Now I did have some things already at home but I’m pretty pleased with the turn out.
Monday: Homemade Pizzas

Friday: Out to eat
I’m also extremely excited about the fact that next week I plan to start the Ultimate Reset. It’s a 21 Day Detox and clean eating training. It’s about reclaiming, releasing and restoring. You can check out my video where I show you what comes in the Reset box. Of course I’m looking forward to cleaning out my system and starting fresh but I’m most looking forward to learning how to eat really clean and making healthy choices. If you would like to do it with me let me know. I am forming a private Facebook group where we will support and motivate eachother. On an exciting footnote the Reset is on sale right now through the end of March! Even better I say.
I’m participating in the Org Junkie Meal Plan Hop.
