Hey CARB LOVERS…you’re in luck I have decided to do a “Carb Cycling Challenge” starting August 19th where I will literally figure out EVERYTHING for you (how many carbs, protein, fats) you should be having every day with the flexibility of YOU getting to decide exactly WHAT you eat (pretty nice eh?) Did I mention we will be going through this TOGETHER so you wont have to on your own for motivation/accountability?? I’ve got your back!! …6 pack tummy’s here we come!
We will meet on facebook in a private group and I’ll provide you with the recipes and weight loss meal plan that will set you up so that you can figure out what to eat, be healthy lose weight and not be feel deprived or starving. We will also focus on fitness exercise. I believe you need both healthy eating plus exercise to reach your goals.
