3 Steps for Allergy Relief

Breathe_15mL_Detail_US_WEB_v1TriEase_Softgels_Detail_US_WEB_v1My son and I both have crazy allergies.  We are allergic to the general seasonal stuff, plus cats, mold and my son even has food allergies.  We are trying to live a more natural lifestyles so I’ve been searching for alternatives to over the counter allergy meds for everything except the food allergies. I found essential oils and have been really pleased with how it’s working for us.

Here are 3 ways I use the essential oils:

  • We diffuse oil into the air
  • take the natural TriEase supplement
  • Apply directly to the skin

At night I put it in my daughter’s room.  My son has a dedicated one for his room.  I typically use the oils Breathe and Lavender.  Lavender to help him sleep and Breathe for his allergies.  Since I’ve been doing this he tends to fall asleep quickly and stays asleep which means I get a good night’s sleep.

I put breathe oil also on his feet; specifically on his toes which are based on the reflex points in the picture above.

The last way I help my allergies is the TriEase seasonal blend capsules.  Right now in April they are 10% off so it’s the perfect time to try them.  These capsules contain Lavendar, Lemon and Peppermint essential oils.

You can probably get the oils all over the place but I choose to get the oils from doTerra as they are 100% pure with no fillers.  This is important to me since I’m striving to be as natural as possible.

I find their website a little confusing so the best advice I can give you is to click the shop tab at the top and then put the oil you are wanting in the upper right search field.
