Tomato, Mango, Chicken Salad 1 can of chicken 1/3 cup of mango 1/2 cup tomato 1/2 cup cooked couscous 1/2 cup string beans sliced red onion 2 tbsp low calorie dressing Plate salad greens. Mix first 6 ingredients. Place on top of greens. Top with dressing. Under 400 calories!
