I’m a huge addvicate of changing your running shoes every 6 months. I think it perserves your knees and joints. My favorite running shoe is Brooks Adrenaline GTS. It has consistentely ranked in the top 2 running shoe year after year. They must be ready to come out with their newer model (they update every year) b/c it is in now in their GTS 11 is now in their clearance section! It’s the current shoe I wear right now.
