Who doesn’t love apple season during the fall. I know I do. Here is a super easy and yummy recipe to add more apples into your diet. Because honestly who doesn’t want that. 🙂
- 1 apple (I used Gala)
- 1/3 cup of apple cider. You can use apple juice
- 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp of extra virgin
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp of honey
Whisk together. I used organic spring mix lettuce. Topped with feta and walnuts and thinly sliced apples. Add your dressing and taste the happiness in your mouth.
